What you send us

When you fill out a request form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, company and what you tell us about your space. Only the email address is required.

We use it to answer you, set up a site visit and follow up on your project. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

What the site records on its own

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It tells us which pages people view, which site sent them, and their general country and device type. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites.

Like most web hosts, our host keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Who handles it for us

These services process your information on our behalf, only to run this site:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit counts.
• Supabase stores the requests you send, on servers in the United States.
• Resend delivers each request to our inbox as an email.
• Google Workspace holds our email, including any replies we exchange with you.

We share your information outside these services only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to answer you and support your project. Tell us anytime and we'll delete them.

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email info@channelsay.com or call 866-819-4321. We'll reply within a few business days.

This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and its date. Questions about it can go through the contact page.
